Good location for Gatwick Airport. On site parking. Excellent service from the bar and restaurant. Takeaway breakfast was basic but adequate. All for a good price.
We stayed here for a night and were well surprised. We got here and the staff were really friendly and we had and Indian from there restaurant for dinner which was really nice. The rooms were good very nice shower TV had lots of Channels as well. The bed were comfortable. We had breakfast which was full English and continental breakfast which was nice. Our suitcase had also broke and we mention it to the staff and they took us into the storage room and showed us the cases they had which we could take. Unfortunately none were big enough but it was a really nice gesture.
Really good hotel for the price. Our room must have been refurbished. I don't understand the negative reviews. The dinner in the restaurant was truly excellent.
I can't rate this place highly enough. It's not exactly 5* like other hotels like the sofitel, but there's more you get here like the personal, friendly aspect, and it exceeds all expectations for value. The people are lovely, and the food? Excellent.
Couldn’t be closer to Gatwick north terminal. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Delicious smell or curry from the restaurant, although we didn’t eat. I dropped my 18 year old at the start of a solo travelling trip. Wanted to check the place was ok before I left him. He reported the bed was very comfortable. Room was basic but perfectly acceptable for this price. We were offered a breakfast bag due to an early departure but then the guy realised they had run out. We didn’t mind. Hadn’t expected to eat and it would have been a nice touch if they had been available. Thank you White House team. Don’t book an Uber to get to airport. We used local firm and it was half the price.
Loved my overnight stay here the staff were very helpful great location for Gatwick especially if flying early or late,food is amazing ,shuttle transfer is 19 pounds ,rooms are good but sure an update is due but I think the owners are planning on doing so,want to stay again when I get back from Poland in 4 weeks ,thanks everyone...oh the masala chips were absolutely amazing!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
I really like this place. Stayed several times now. A little shabby in places but very clean. They can provide an excellent evening meal and the buffet breakfast is more than adequate. Ideally placed on several bus routes to both terminals of the airport or they will provide a reasonably priced shuttle if that's your preference.
Great location, friendly employees, but I wish we'd had a bit more amenities in the room, like shampoo or a hair dryer. Basic breakfast was also a bit lacking (only waffles, bread, ham, and some spreads/jams), however there are options to upgrade that for a fee. Other than that, the rooms were very clean and perfect for an overnight stay coming or going to the airport. Would recommend to anyone for that price!
